"What a Technician Martin Kenzie is!"
Martin Kenzie from ADT is just an amazing technician. He spent about five hours at my place and didn’t stop until my alarm was sorted out. Super polite, well-mannered, and his hands were perfectly manicured. He’s definitely a great addition to the team.

"Top-Notch Support Experience"
One day, while I was opening my laptop, one of the hinges snapped, so I took it in for a check-up to see how to fix it. During the assessment, the technician accidentally damaged the screen. Naturally, I was pretty frustrated since I rely on this laptop mainly for work. Tyler stepped in and managed the whole thing with a lot of care and professionalism. He reached out to the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement laptop, getting me back on my feet in just a few weeks! I'm really happy with the service. I’ll surely recommend this company to my friends, family, and clients.

"Great deal available"
I found this to be the lowest price for the well-known Samsung Evo SSD, even cheaper than the discounted rate at a well-known online electronics retailer. The shipping was quick, and they threw in a surprise freebie that was actually pretty handy! I’d surely shop with ATD Computers again.

"Quick shipping and attentive support"
I hit a small bump while placing my order for an SSD; I didn’t notice that ATD had tried to reach me via phone or email until a day later. Since this was part of their fraud prevention process, my order got canceled automatically, and I got my money back.
I really appreciate that ATD takes these steps to make sure a potential customer isn’t using dodgy credentials or financial info. So, I went ahead and reordered the SSD, sorted out the identity verification with their super helpful customer service folks, and my order showed up way quicker than I thought it would.

"Fingers crossed you won't have to send stuff back"
I ordered a monitor with a touch screen, but the one I received isn’t touch-enabled.
It’s been more than two weeks, and I haven’t heard back from customer service regarding any of my emails. Since they won’t accept returns without prior approval, I’m pretty much stuck, and my time to return it is running out!

"Smooth purchase, but watch out for info sharing!"
Received my item quickly, it was the right part and in perfect condition, no issues at all.
However, they passed all my details to Trustpilot - my full name, email, and whatnot. Trustpilot began sending me emails asking for a review right after I bought it.
If ATD wants feedback on my order, they ought to reach out to me directly. Linking to an external review site shouldn't mean my info is already out there; I should have to provide it myself.

"First purchase went so well, I did it again!"
Came across an awesome deal on Samsung SSDs at ATD. Snagged two of 'em, and they showed up just two days later. Now I'm in the market for another SSD, so I went ahead and ordered a third (I usually burn through around 10 a month). Really happy with ATD up to this point.

"Great Deal on Samsung 850 EVO from ATD"
I discovered ATD Computers while searching online for a Samsung 850 Evo, and they had the best price around. I placed my order on a Friday or Saturday evening, and by the next business day, I received a tracking number for my shipment. The item showed up a tad sooner than expected, and the SSD is functioning perfectly. Overall, my experience with ATD Computers has been a good one.

"Still haven't received it. Sent to the wrong place!!!!!"
I was counting on getting my part yesterday. I placed the order a week back and included a note with the shipping details. It ended up at the wrong location. I really need some help from customer service today, but it’s Saturday. Fingers crossed someone gets back to me soon.

My order got shipped the very same day it was placed. I opted for free shipping, and it ended up being sent via second day priority with USPS. The disk drive I purchased was nicely packaged and showed up in great shape. It functioned perfectly right from the start, no issues at all. I’d definitely consider ordering from this company again.

I got an SSD for my daughter from ATD mainly due to their great pricing. I had my VPN on when I made the order. Just a few minutes later, I got a call from ADC inquiring about the difference between the IP address location and the card used for the purchase. I was really impressed that they had the systems set up to catch such a discrepancy and their thorough follow-up. The package arrived fast and was nicely packed. Overall, I feel they are a well-managed and professional outfit.

"Thrilled I took the plunge"
I purchased the Samsung 850 Pro 128 SSD and performed a fresh installation of Windows 7. My five-year-old machine is now running smoother and quicker than a brand new one. I'm really happy with it.
